I always also leave the country before 180 days,,,never overtstay in this 9 years now,,,,and also last year as I antrance the us, they pulled me behind the little office,,,and investigated about my traveling, they realy thaught that I have a job, after all questions, they told that they going to writte good notes in the computer to avoid oder headache,,,,so I guess they did their job.

You're missing the point.

They're not accusing you of staying past 180 days. Staying 179 days every year is perfectly legal. Their concern is how you're able to vacation that much. It naturally looks suspicious whenever they pull up your travel record. Once it's all squared away, they let you go each time.

A friend of mine did the same. now he was working, but that is not material. When his B2 came up for renewal he decided it was time to call it quits, no way with his history he would get another one.
