Just need a lil bit of help on this. Everything seems complicated for our applications! On the part about parents names etc we have a lil confussion. My fiance (USC) father has legally changed both his first and last name from his birth name. Which name do we put on the form? To make matters more complicated, his mother has also changed her last name which actually differs from his dads last name. Do we just put her maiden name or the new name that she uses? Hope this makes sense.

With all the questions and confusion you have had trying to put your documents together I think it is time to find a different fiance'

YMMV

You could call USCIS but it seems that it would be better to use the legal name of your fiance's father because it does not ask for birth name.

Anyone else...want to help? :P

I have no idea about the fathers' name because he's changed them. But I do know the G-325A specifically asked for the mother's MAIDEN name!

Good Luck!!!
