Nako, same problem tayo, te. Pero di naman daw talaga dinidisallow na may co-sponsor, however, it has to be a really close relative.. so I don't think na magkakaproblem kayo. Wala pa kaming NOA2, pero I'm preparing for that na nga eh. I've asked about the same thing.. someone said that the form i-134 and i-864 needs to be filled out to justify the financial hardship or what not. Wag ka magworry too much. smile.png

oh she said that we have the same situation regarding the joint sponsor and that manila consul does allow joint sponsor.. and someone said that we need i134 and i864

do i really need i864? my mother in law only sent i134, itr, w2, bank statements, letter of employment.. do i really need it on the interview? iomg pls help!!!!!!

they say you will only need i864 on AOS? and i134 for k1

How was your interview with joint sponsor on k1?

Did the Manila Embassy accepted your future MIL fom I-134?

02/02/2014: Paid $165 at ELIS site

03/06/2014: PORT-OF-Entry=Vancouver Canada

03/31/2014: USCIS Status Address Change

04/03/2014: Applied for SS

​04/03/2014: ELIS STATUS showed OPTIMIZED right away the day we applied for SS card.

04/07/2014: Green Card Production

04/09/2014: SS Card received.

4/10/2014: ELIS and USCIS status: GREEN CARD PRODUCED/SHIPPED

4/15/2014: GC arrived in the mail (yay!)
