Hi,

My husband and I live in Japan and sent the I-130 petition from here on June 24.

We received a notice of receipt from the USCIS on July 2 and the case was routed to the National Benefit Center.

On the same day, the money order was cashed.

They returned a photo album to us on July 8 since it didn't fit in their file folder.

We are beginning to worry if the package(NOA1) got lost on its way.

Please let us know if anyone has experienced the same delay or if you have any advice on what we should do.

Thanks in advance.

Don't worry about the hard copy. If you received the email with the receipt number that's all you really need.

Plus the US govt would send it by snail mail. You might see it in a month or so or you might never see it. Do not call and change to a US address!
