Ok I've been reading in the forum a lot for about a month now (I wish I would have known about it before we filed in February!) anyways we got an RFE on July 11th. Now I'm preparing for what possibly could be the reason for the RFE. I know we didn't answer the question about his criminal background which was my fault so that could be it.

But after reading a lot of threads here it's also possible that they want more primary evidence of meeting in the past two years. I only sent copies of the plane tickets plus the itinerary from last October plus pictures and a receipt from the grocery store that was paid with my credit card (I'm the beneficiary) so I read a lot of people had to resubmit a copy of the stamps in the passport. Now I wanted to do that..and I saw that the stamp from this April is right above the stamp from October, and so covering the 2012 part. it's very light too and only seen if looked very closely. Can that be a problem?? All my other stamps are olser than 2 years. I only can submit a credit card statement that shows all the transaction from October in New York. I'm a bit worried now. Just wanna be prepared.

Thanks for the info! I would hope it's something very simple. But better be prepared than be sorry lol
