hi guys i must of posted this somewhere..but ill post it again...after receiving the visa it said that we have to pay the 165$ for the Green Card before leaving in which i did right away...my question is can we leave once its submitted?..the Status reads "Submitted and files approved"..but it doesnt say payment received?..is this ok?

I am sure others more knowledgeable about this will post, but from what I read there is no issue with leaving after paying the $165. I have even read of one couple, recently even, that didn't pay the $165 fee until later when in the USA.

You can leave for US even without paying it right away. It will only cause you delay on your actual greencard. They strongly suggest that one should pay it before leaving for US to avoid delays. Goodluck!
