Question 1: Box 14-16 about spouse. If the indending immigrant is divorced, then N/A? Or ex-spouse's info?

Question 2: Box 31b (persons named in 14 and 29 who will follow you to the US at a later date). Does that mean follow to join? If the immigrant intends to file for their child once in the US and holding a GC, does that mean the child "will follow you to the US at a later date"? I'm thinking not, but I'd rather be sure.

I came on K-3, so never had to complete this form.

Yes if their are children to come later you would add them there.

WOW someone actually coming on a K3. How long did it take you from filing to Visa in hand?

WOW someone actually coming on a K3. How long did it take you from filing to Visa in hand?

About 7 months from filing I-130. But it was 8 years ago. Ks took way less time than IRs back then.
