Hi!

So, my Fiancé's nationality is Albanian, but he lives in Italy where we met and currently live together. (I'm heading back to the states shortly.) For the I-129F should I be including a copy of his Italian permit of stay or Italian Identity Card? He is a permanent resident of Italy, but not a citizen of Italy. All of his listed jobs and residencies on the G-325A form are from Italy.

I know his passport and birth certificate aren't needed until his interview, but since I'm saying we met and live in a country thats not my or his country of citizenship is there extra proof that should be sent with the I-129F packet?

I am sending a copy of our apartment contract that has us both listed as renters to show proof of our relationship and that we do live together. Is this enough? Also, the contract is in Italian will I need to get this professionally translated into english or can I just write a brief translation of the part where we are listed as the renters and residents of the apartment?

Last question: Will his interview be in Albania or Italy?

Thanks!

Also, I just want to say good luck to everyone!

You don't need extra proof, though you could write a brief explanation since it fits into how you met and where you lived together.

Since he is a legal resident in Italy, he can interview there.

No need for professional translations You can do it yourself. Just add this certification on it > http://www.visajourney.com/content/translations

You will need more proof than just a single document. Passport stamps, boarding passes, receipts/bank and/or credit card statements, plus a few photos to support the primary evidence.
