hello

I am a usa citizen currently contracter in afganistan with usa army . I have filed my fiance paperwork , I received my NOA1 on 25th june 2013 . i am female of 47 years old he is male of 28 years old from Nepal . my question is how to prove bonafied relationship ? i read lot of articles that cannot prove bonafide relation visa denial rate is high ? and where we are my fiancé is not allowed to use cellphone , cameras, and computer as well to show email, chat record, & phone bill but since 2 years we are always physically together i will go every three month to usa but he do not have leave to go ? what i can do on this condition? suggestion will be highly appericiate

then when u are physically together, u can take pictures with your camera, can u write letters to each other? if so, do so.

after filing i have like 20 pics of us together & writing the letter sounds good too but we work at a same building .

can he get waiver on providing email, chat record , phonebills if he can prove that he is not allowed to use sensitive items banned by usa military for third country national?

Show proof that you work together and are together daily. 20 photos is plenty. Writing little love notes(letters) to each other, even if you see each other daily is still sweet and would work as one thing to show at the K-1 interview. Proof of being together beats proof of talking on the phone anyway. And yes, I would provide proof of not being able to use those items banned by the military, then focus on what proofs you can supply.

I am going to collect pay check our militarybase id our contracts ,and database , job training sheet pictures and my travel things ie , itenary , visa stamp ,boarding pass cuz I go every 3 month vacation . or is some of our manger can write letter of justification for his not having previllage ?
