Hello! smile.png I have a quick question for you guys. blush.png

I'm a conditional permanent resident. My I-751 is currently pending. My conditional resident status was extended for a period of one year. Me and my husband are planning a vacation inside US this summer. What documents will I need while traveling? My expired conditional GC? My extension letter? My state ID? My European passport? In what name should I book my plane ticket? In my maiden name (as shown in my European passport)? Or in my married name (as shown on my state ID)?

Thanks! blush.png

Always book plane tickets in your passport name. You'll need your extension letter but I've also read that you shouldn't travel until you've had your biometrics done.

I did my biometrics over 8 months ago. My extension letter says I'm authorized employment and travel. I need my European passport to travel inside US? I bought my plane ticket already. It is in my married name. Can someone please confirm or deny what NikiR wrote? Thanks!

LOL never mind, I missed the part where you said in the US. I apologize, I thought you were travelling outside the USA.

Don't worry about anything, you can travel wherever you want using your DL or other photo ID within the USA. I'm not sure why you were worried if you're not leaving the USA.
