I'm pretty much going this entire process alone and I've hit a snag on the I-864 form. It asks for your federal tax return paperwork for the past 3 years (all of which I have filed and on time), however I'm confused if they are asking for copies of my W2's or my 1040A forms.Any help would be greatly appreciated!

They are asking for both, submit your W2s and transcripts for your taxes from IRS. You can order them online I received mine in like 3days. But it also says it accepts photocopies of your taxes as well.

It also says optional for the other three years but I have seen were others were give RFEs for the prior two years so choosing to do three years is good on your part.

Send BOTH the w2 and the 1040s. The other option is to go get tax transcripts (which are really the best to send) and can be obtained via email, phone (about 2 weeks to obtain) or, preferably, going to a local IRS office and walking out with them THAT day.

So I've done my taxes with H&R Block for the past 5 or so years, could I just go online and print them off that way through their system?

The only thing my wife (my sponsor) has is the 1040 and 2555 for 2012 and 1040-ES Estiamted Tax stubs for 2013 to send. Will that be a problem for us?

Tax transcripts come directly from the IRS.
