Hello everyone, I really hope you all can point me in the right direction. I have been with my partner for the last 10 years this December. I am going to apply for a K-1 visa for her within the next week or so. My concern is that she has a child from a previous relationship. This child is an American Citizen, born in the US. She crossed illegally into the US had him and returned to her home country. She was in the U.S. for one month when this happened. Before anyone asks, she never accepted any governmental assistance and quickly after she gave birth we started our relationship and I have taken care of all of this childs financial needs. Now that I am researching information about filling out the I-129f form I dont know if to include her child since obviously does not need a visa and child already has a US passport. As far as her being in the US illegally I understand since her stay was less than 180 days there is no ban. Do I or do I not include the child on the application? Is it worth mentioning the child on app or during interview?
