What would my Sponser Fill out for Part 1 Affidavit of Support? I-864

Hello,

My dad is my sponser and is filling out an Affidavit of Support. What would he fill out for Part 1: Basis for Filling Affidavif of Support?

Would it be I am the Petitioner? I am filling out for the immigration of my relative?

I thought I was the petitioner? Confused on what he should put.

Hoping someone has done this!

Do I have to fill out a I-864 form? If I have not earned an income? I've been in school and I don't have an income.

Yes you do fill out an I-864 even if you do not make any income, the petitioner ALWAYS fills out I-864 regardless of any or no income

SInce I don't have an income and haven't worked I don't have any tax returns. What am I supppose to do about my last three years of tax returns? My dad will be submitting his last three years of tax returns, but my income has been $0 and I don't have any tax returns to submit.

You need to include a letter as to WHY you didn't file tax returns.
