I-129 processing time during fiance pregnant

Hello everyone, i just google on website for an immigration information and found this fabulous website, and yet i still haven't find out the answer, so please please anyone with a useful information really help on my scene here.... thank you for the best of your time and sharing information to help me here.

i'm an us citizen and i applying for a package of I-129F for my fiance and USCIS have received the package and continue their examine our paper work in Feb, 2013 till now, i just got a notice said needed to update some more proof of our established relationship, during the time my fiance is pregnant and ready to give birth to our first daughter before the time of she received the k1 visa... " i understand that having a child doesn't speed up the processing our visa ", so my point here what should i do? i have gather some information from friends said that i should:

1. have a copy of birth certificate of my daughter with both parents name on it.

2. have a talk with us embassy in vietnam, so they can ask me and my baby have a DNA test

3. obtain a test result, and bring back to US to apply for US passport for my baby?

please many information sharing would be much much appreciation from our family

There is a process called CRBA - Consular Report of Birth Abroad - Look into it ASAP so that your baby can have a US registered birth and get a passport after she is born. If she is already born I would include the birth certificate with your relationship evidence. Congrats!

Hi guys...i just having a really hard time to schedule an online appointment over consular, and also they indicate that CBRA application are only except by appointment... so incase i can't schedule any appointment during my stay, is there any other way to apply for CBRA from the state???
