Hi VJ members,

I finally heard back from USCIS (CSC) regarding my petition to remove the conditions of residence..... unfortunately I received a RFE..... :-/

I have couple questions:

1) Does a RFE means I will have to go attend to an interview? or not necessarily?

2) I was given until September 4,2013 to submit the RFE....... I have an upcoming trip (1 week long) with my wife during the week of July 6th- 13th..... my question is...

Should I wait to submit the documentation until days before (i.e. submit the documentation on July 5th) - I don't want anything to interfere/get scheduled while I'm out of the country...

or Should I send the RFE paperwork asap? - Can someone describe what happens after submitting your RFE paperwork? Do you get scheduled for an appointment or interviews immediately?

Thanks!!
