Interview on July 11th-advice

My wife schedule for the interview on July 11th, but we have not receive the interview letter, what should we do? does anyone have same situation... US Consulate in HCMC Vietnam, please advice us thanks.

Consulate won't send interview letter in hard copy. You should quickly print the interview email (P4) that NVC sent to you with interview date =>> use it to do medical exam, vaccine and interview.

Where is vaccine locate? the medical exam is in Cho Ray Hospital right?

PS: the nvc send the letter to email... there are 4 pages total, Only print last page? which have following information on it? thank you for response

1. If her health is normal & good (no tatoo, no surgery/operation), she can take vaccine first at 40 Nguyen Van Troi street, Phu Nhuan Ward, Dist. 1, HCMC, Tel: (08) 38445306. Working time: Mon-Fri 07:30 - 11:00 am, 13:00 - 16:00 pm. She should go there in the early morning or early afternoon to pick up waiting number, there are a lot of people and the process is very low. Bring around 1,5 million VND, fee is different on people. (Mine is 437,000 VND)
2. There are 2 places for medical exam, have to call to make reservation first.

   - Cho Ray Hospital 201B Nguyen Chi Thanh Street, Ward 12, District 5, HCMC, Tel: (08) 3856 5703. At Cho Ray, they will start to pick up waiting number at 6:50 am (I arrived there at 6:30 am and picked number 10 then finished my exam at 9:30 am). Fee is 2,730,000 VND. Bring around 4,000,000 VND in case she have to take special test.

   - The International Organization for Migration (IOM), 1B Pham Ngoc Thach Street, District 1, HCMC, Tel: (08) 38222058. sorry, I don't know anything, u should call. Ah, they collect fee in USD

Print all the pages of Interview Letter, the attache file (mine is 6 pages total).

Bring Fee (for vaccine & medical exam); 2 passport photo 5x5 size write her full name, BOD, case number in the back; 2 copies of Interview Letter, passport. If she have any mediacal document before, bring all of them.

P/s: from my site, I chose Cho Ray cz I weren't sure ab my health. If there was anything unexpected, I can get treatment at Cho Ray right after. If I did in IOM, I had to wait IOM send my documents from IOM to Cho Ray for treatment (sending time is 3 weeks)

I think do it asap better in case of special treatment. Remember the result has to be submitted on the interview date.

Validation of the result is normally 6 months. If she goes to US after the result expired, she has to do medical exam again.

Where does she live? Is she in HCMC?
