Different mailing and residence address for AOS

I'm a US citizen petitioning my husband for a green card. We will likely move at the end of the summer when our lease is up, so we want to put a different mailing address (C/O a family member who lives in the same city) to be sure we don't miss anything important. It is very confusing, however, to figure out which address goes where. Only the I-864 separately asks for mailing address and place of residence - the I-130, I-1485, and I-131 only have room for one address. Does anyone have experience with this? How should we fill out the forms?

to be honest with u, i dont think u should put an address that u haven't moved into on the form. u can always change your address. am not sure when exactly the summer would end but am sure its not any time soon, i mean not next week or 2 weeks time, so go ahead and put your present address, u can change address when u are ready to move at the end of the summer

Hi,

Thanks for the advice - we actually were just planning to use a family member's address as the mailing address to avoid having to switch addresses later on (we don't even know where we're moving yet). So do you not think this is a good idea? We've been told that its very difficult to change addresses with USCIS.
