In WhatsApp, you can easily email your entire chat record by scrolling to the top of the chat record with your fiancé and tapping "Info," then scroll to the bottom and tap "Email Conversation." You can then use this in your proof of ongoing relationship documentation, although it's probably a good idea to edit it down, rather than submitting pages and pages of texts.

Yeah, I know. I started this thread as a "How to," to instruct people how to do this. [if you read my post, you'll see the directions there.]

For formatting our correspondence record, I copied our entire chat record and squeezed in onto three pages, using 2 point font, which is of course illegibly-small, but I made the 1st of the month 6 point, which is legible (I'm a photographer and designer, so this was easy for me to do in Photoshop, and would be easy for anyone with basic PS skills). This really gives a sense of how much my fiancee and I communicated with each other during our agonizing wait for her visa, without allowing anyone to read our personal correspondence. I think it's not only a good solution, but to me, it's a thing of beauty.
