Solo I 212's are rare, the time is very difficult to predict as it depends on the POE.

It depends where you are in the Visa process. Those who have had their interview and were told at the interview they needed a waiver take priority. My husband's solo I-212 took 45 days from the time it was sent to the day it was approved.

If you have not yet had your interview and have applied for the I-212 before the interview then you are looking at up to 6 months, with the average being 4-6.

Oh and ours went to Vermont.

We sent our I212 and I601 on October 14, 2017.   My husband already had his interview but they gave him a 10yr. barr. Anyone can tell me how long does it take to get an approval?  What can we do to get it expedited?

Basically you look at the I 601 processing, just over a year last time I looked.

What would be the reason for an expedite?
