Hello, Im new here, i have some questions and i need some help. I have an I-140 or EB 3 petition that was filed in my behalf last 2006 and i was waiting for it to be current and now after more than six years of waiting, it is becoming current already, hopefully by 2 to 3 months Im gonna have my Packet 4. In addition to that, I was currently and newly married to my US citizen husband and we agreed that he will file me a I-130 petition so I can go there more faster. Some people told us to just file the I-130 and not to do anything about the I-140. The visa agency that we consult they said that, i have to inform the NVC that I'am withdrawing my previous I-140 visa. But i was skeptical to do it, i know theres are some mistakes but we don't know really how the process work regarding my unique case. Please help!
