Hi,Not sure if there's difference between your country and mine. But every child has all vaccination from early time, our docs know that. So once i went to medical examination, they didn't require my vaccination records, but it was preferable. In my side i didnt have any records cuz they were lost but still was accepted :)

I too did not have an immunization record. I grew up in many different places in Canada, the US and Puerto Rico, so tracking it all down from childhood was impossible. I found out that I could have a blood test completed to see what I was immune to and what I wasn't. The only immunization that I received were the tetanus and Hep B. Note: the hep B is a 3 shot series that are given over a 6 month period. i have not gone for my medical yet so I don't even know if I am being hyper vigilant but figure it is best to be prepared. Good luck to you!
