I recently paid my AOS fee of $88.00.I'm going to send to NVC my I 864 packet. I'm going to include the following:

1) Old I-864

2) W2's, Pay stub and IRS Tax Transcript for year 2012

3) Current one Pay Stub and Employment Letter for 2013

Do you think I need to include anything else before I send out the packet?

Thanks a lot

They are doing the new I-864 now btw. I would send more than one pay stub personally (we sent in 6 months worth so 12 paystubs total) but it can work if it shows when your employment started. Sending more than one shows that you consistently make the same rate of pay.

They are working on the new ones, but you can send the old one up until June 23rd. If it's completed already, just send away. Be prepared for the need for a joint sponsor though because of your job being so new. It's a possibility.

Don't send the old one.

It's expired in just over a week from now.

You indicate a packet so I assume you're physically mailing this?

Takes time to mail, then a few days for someone to review.

By then, maybe old form expired.

I say just fill out the new one and send it in.

They're processing them now.

KDH, I will send the new one then. When u mention "physically mailing this", is there any other way of mailing it to them, like e-mail?

So I will just scan my pages and attach it and then e-mail to them?

That type of filing is only available for certain countries.

You haven't disclosed your country.

If you haven't been directed to email your packets, then you probably can't.
