Hello all,

It's getting close to the 90-day window to file the I175. She arrived on 9/28/11 and I received a letter stating as a reminder to file the I175. The question that I have is that I wanted to change my wife's last name to match mine now, how would I go about doing that now? Should I wait until after I file the I175 or should I do it now? Thanks.

Hi,

She just fill in the form with your last name. Don't forget write her maiden name in the part 3. and Remember she must sign the form with her married last name.secret7vf.gif

I did it, and I have received all Uscis' letters with my married last name.
