Hello Guys ,

Today i submit i-130 for my wife she is in pakistan, I just submit Marriage certificate which is issued by Nadra and birth certificate of her which is also issued by NADRA, I didnt submit NIKKAH NAMA's english translation i was in the impression that Nadra Marriage certificate is more authentic document, After reading all information on internet i am thinking would it delay my process ?? any kind of help would be appreciated . Thanks

For my wifes case we sent our Original Nadra certificate (which of course has english and urdu) and also the original english Nikah nama we had commissioned.

Thats all we sent...

we did however take photocopies of the above and the original urdu Nikah nama also to the interview - they didnt ask to see the urdu or the photocopies - but i have found its best to be prepared....than have to get a request for more information from them.

Also - in the interview letter for us - even though we provided those two original docs - they STILL noted that we had to bring the marriage cert on that last page (page 4)

IV fee paid using ELIS June 17th 2013

POE Houston July 15th 2013

GC arrived in mail Aug 12th 2013

SSN card arrived in mail Aug 19 2013 (1 week after applying)

hi can you tell me what other documents are required, to apply for spouse vise for green card holder

if fill i 130form, along with 2 biography forms, got attested marriage cert from nadara and got attested to ministry of forgin affairs of pakistan, photo graphs also

can any extra document to be need to apply?

is my travel document till march 2014, effect the approval of i130? as i post from pakistan

i130 is filled be name of spouse after the nikah or before the nikah?

plz advise
