Hello all, we just got a text saying they were sending us an RFE...

I know when we submitted our forms everything was included.... went over it several times....

I hate to be that person, but does anyone have any idea what they could be wanting?

The only thing I could think of is the Affidavit of support, but we submitted everything they could have wanted with that.

hmmm i know i'll have to wait for for the notice, but just curious to see if anyone has gotten one and what it was for?

RFE can be for anything. There is no way to know till you get a notice. We received one for the vaccination, as soon as we sent it back, we got the GC in 45 days.

Your medical may have been lost / incomplete. Thats usually the most popular issue with AOS.

Your I-129f was approved in 5 days from your NOA1 date.

Your interview took 67 days from your I-129F NOA1 date.

AOS was approved in 2 months and 8 days without interview.

ROC was approved in 3 months and 2 days without interview.

hmmm so if that is the case, how does one go about getting it to them? I don't have a copy... am I going to have to have another one?

I have my vaccinations... that's not an issue, I still have that portion.

If it is the medical that is missing.

You would have 2 options. Call/go to the POE where you entered and see if you can get information as to what happened to your paperwork, chase it up. Takes a very long time and sometimes leads nowhere. Next option would be to just redo the whole medical at the civil surgeon office to get it over with and hand it in.
