Can you reschedule interviews?

Hello, we just received our NOA2. My cosponsor will be on vacation until Mid-July therefore will send us the paperwork afterwards. If the interview date we receive is before we get the cosponsor paperwork will it be possible to reschedule?

Contact the interviewing consulate/embassy.

You should definitely contact the embassy that you schedule the interview through, but typically if you miss the interview or if you don't bring all required papers, it can push your process back very far and they are very stingy on doing second interviews. For the embassy in Seoul, if you miss the interview you can't schedule again for several months.

I would either wait to schedule the interview until you have the paperwork, or contact the embassy you are planning on interviewing at and ask them about it.

Once it goes to the NVC It took mine almost two months from there to consulate to his interview. See my timeline, I hope you have plenty of time.

You can but dont worry about that until after your case leaves the NVC and you can just call the embassy and let them know. Good luck

We emailed to change our interview date. First we didn't hear back, so we emailed again, but then they called my husband and switched it.
