How often can you change your interview date ? Can you call embacy 24 hrs ?

You can change your interview date twice without having to pay another visa fee. No the embassy is not open 24 hrs.

To enable us to electronically sort the messages and provide better, more timely responses, you should follow the instructions below.
The subject line of your email should indicate the visa applicant’s last name, first and middle name (ex. DOE, John James), case number/USCIS receipt number, visa category and priority date.

It means after you schedule your initial interview date, you can change that date twice without issue.

From your timeline it looks like you are WAY past that point.

Yes we are way past this. Lol. A friend of my wife is asking her and she is asking me I told her my mind is on ROC. Lol

I have a question to add to this, especially since our resident "expert" is on - Hank lol. But can you try and set it on a certain date, or do you have to just take what they give you when getting an interview date?

When you log onto the embassy website you will see a calendar with all the available openings... you simply choose and click!
