Were you able to file the request online? I'm still getting an error about an incorrect receipt number when trying to make a request.

I had Tier 2 put in a request for me for the I-129F.

I tried to do it online for I-130 and I got teh same error message.

I just got a text that my Alien Registration number changed on my I-130. I hope I get approved soon!!!!!!!

11/17/2016: Got engaged
11/28/2016: I-130 sent to Chicago IL lock box

Ok can someone tell me what the number code is to call and talk to a service rep? They changed the menu options again...:/

I haven't called them myself but I saw this on another thread:

1-800-375-5283. Option 1 for English, then option 2, then option 1 (to enter your receipt number), then option 3 to ask a question

04/07/2016 - NOA1

So I called uscis this morning to know the status of my case and also because my 60 days after transfer are over. Tier 2 officer tells me " your case is undergoing further review" that's bullshit. Because I had called Monday and they tell me my case is under normal processing and is still in normal time frame, so I told them of course it is and it will always be under normal time frame because uscis always updates their page and keeps extending time frame they had nothing to say and he started to get annoyed by complains and told me I had no choice but to wait. So I keep waiting and waiting. ( and I'm 8 months pregnant) that's the only good thing going on for now. Hopefully they get to us June filers soon.

Noa1- June 21st 2013

Transfer date to NSC-Dec 27th 2013

These time frames are ridiculous and depressing I miss my husband I wish he would of been here for the birth of our son but that's impossible.

I think they approved me (July filer and January transfer) and some others to play with the numbers and dates again.

Even though I got lucky but I was making a lot of noise because my I-129F was beyond processing time.

I must have created like 5 or 6 service requests and I was calling them weekly and sending emails daily

I guess they got tired of me
