June 2013 I-130 Filers (merged)

Aaargh! Just got the paper notice for the 1/23 transfer and it is back to NBC!

Ugh. I saw this happen to an April filer a couple of weeks ago but she hasn't checked back in to update on her case progress. I really hope NBC can do something for you quickly. In the meantime you might contact your representatives, wasting a MONTH of your time with a transfer only to send the petition right back to where it came is absolutely absurd.

I know I m trying really hard to be calm and try to distract myself as well. But whenever I open July thread 2 3 appovals r there everyday and may and June filers r just waiting without any news at all! It's so frustrating. Only if those idiots do everything in order we could have been on NVC stage by now. It's been one uear since I met my husband. Missed our first anniversary. These r one of the best memories of life. And just because of their broken and messed up system. I am sorry for going on like this but life has just never felt so stuck.

Hey Samreen we are in a same boat, Hold tight Sista ! we will make it through ! ..... InsHAllah hopes for high ! hope for Good

Makes sense, half of them went to CSC (44 out of 84 reported transfers). 24 of those CSC transfers already approved. Unfortunately for June most of our folks went to Nebraska, which has done jack sh*t. I checked NSC's stats here on VJ a few minutes ago, they've been absolutely crawling this week.

I understand your angry, but why call them to waste your time? They will only tell you this as this is all they are authorized to tell you....

They are for sure not at march 8th, this data is 3 months old anyway....

The first few August transfers went to CSC also, a few to TSC, so lets see when they start to get their NOA2s.

It seems April/May filers have been a bit screwed here, they are using June and for sure July to reduce "average" processing times. If August stars to slow NOA2 wise, then i think April/May will speed up - its a balancing game!
