No, it has to be done with one of the 2 doctors chosen by the Paris Embassy. They are listed in the Packet 4 that she will receive before her interview, or here: http://www.visajourney.com/consulates/index.php?ctry=France&cty=Paris

Unfortunately, they are both in Paris. Those two doctors know the procedure and the forms to fill in for the medical exam of a US visa application.

One good thing to do though, is to make sure all her vaccines are up to date and that she has proof of them. This is especially important for the Adjustment Of Status (AOS) process once she will be in the US and married to you. If everything is up to date, she won't have to see a civil surgeon on the US and spend more money (complete vaccinations are not required to get the K-1 visa, but they are to get a green card).

As Montpellier is pretty far from Paris, what most people do is scheduling the medical exam the day before the interview. The medical results are given the same day of the exam. That way, she will only make one trip to Paris.
