Translating the back of a birth certificate from Quebec

Hi everyone,

My wife's was born in Quebec, but the front page of her birth certificate is 100% English, listing name, parents' names, date of birth, etc. all in English.

However, the back of her birth certificate is in French. It does not contain any personal information at all, it's simply a bunch of general information. Should my wife translate this page, or should we be ok since all of the important information is in English?

We made a color copy of both the front and back pages, paper clipping them together.
