Have you tried searching online? Although outdated, these form may exist somewhere in cyberspace.

Try this. If you can';t find the old form you can use the new one. The old one will not be accepted after 6/23.

i already have the new one. but since they are not reviewing it until 6/23 i dont want to waste time so thats y i want an old version so i can just mail them this week so it will be accepted sooner.

However, you have misunderstood the instructions.

The old form will be accepted until 6/23 and only the new form will be accepted afterwards. The USCIS is accepting and reviewing both forms currently, i.e. you need not wait until 6/23 to use the new form..

Ahan, i see but thanks for the link. really appreciate it. actually i also read in the forum here that people who have send the new edition are still waiting and nvc told them they dont know how review the new edition yet :S but anyways thanks again.

he meant he think they may start reviewing the new form in 06/23 , and he dont wanbt to lose time, i'm not sure if they accepted any of these new forms,

if you send them the old form now, are you sure they will accept it soon/quickly?
