cray5ol.gifcray5ol.gifClockWatch2.gifClockWatch2.gif i agree with you!

Actually, 14 is considered slow for CSC, they were approving 20-30 a day for a good stretch...2-5 a day for VSC will not get them out of their backlog anytime soon...sad.png

And zero approvals for TSC is just delaying us for close to two weeks....ClockWatch2.gifcray5ol.gif

VSC just screwed us up and I am afraid TSC is going to do worse. I am starting to think that VSC transferred our case to TSC so that we would stop worrying them. Now when you call the customer service, they say they can't help with a service request because TSC doesn't publish their processing time for I-129F for them to know if your application is beyond processing time.

In regards to a topic I saw in this thread regarding my fiance getting her own Alien number after I got my NOA1, I checked to see and there was no Alien number associated with my fiance. After I got the "letter of transfer" on May 30 she got her own Alien number.

Hopefully thats a good sign.

also writing a letter to my congressman and senator right now. Wish us all good luck!

The Paralegal that works for the Attorney I used has repeatedly told me that notices from USCIS generally come on Fridays, Mondays and sometimes Thursdays... for what it's worth.

~ Jan ??,2013 ~ Service Center ~ Vermont I-129F Packet sent

NOTE: Actual sent date unknown due to lawyer negligence - I delivered ALLForms and PAID Lawyer on Nov 7, 2012 - Lawyer kept saying he sent the packet and USCIS must have lost it. When in reality he failed to send the package and only a new copy to USCIS after I made a legal written demand giving him 10 days to perform or return ALL monies paid to him, due to "non-performance".

(IMO it's better to save your money for visits to or from your Fiancé and just fill it out yourself using the K-1 Guide on VJ and Senior Members... They Rock!!!)

Good Morning everyone! Just another bit of info to add in. Called Chellie Pingree, Maine congressional reps, office this morning and spoke immediately to a woman who called the USCIS on my behalf. She called me back in about 5 minutes and told me that my application in "en route" to an officer and that within 30 days I should have a response and she would "keep an eye on it". She also informed me that the wait used to be 2-3 years and that reading online forums would cause me to make mountains out of molehills... so basically she was kind of a crank about it but did at least make a phone call, which saved me the 2 hour hold time to get any info! Still hoping the my June 13th service request response will be the NOA2! Fingers crossed for approvals for ALL OF US SOON!!!

Well they better hurry up

I mean within 30 days sounds not too bad. But 7 months is a long time especially when seeing people who get approved within 3-4 months. lol

this makes the whole transfer ill thought out. VSC should have made this decision to transfer our applications to another service center at least three months ago.

I know right? 30 days seems like a lifetime to me right now, especially since I have to change my return flight and was hoping to have a better idea of when I might need to go to Argentina before the 26th when I am supposed to fly... I mean I now I shouldnt have bought a return ticket without an answer but roundtrip is just so much cheaper! I was so optimistic thinking I would have an NOA2 by now and an interview in July... REALLY hoping someone gets approved before the weekend, or this weekend is going to be a rough one. I'm starting to get impatient and the checking every 5 minutes is like 2nd nature.

I couldn't agree with you more Betha. This process halts everything you are doing. and it is about time USCIS streamline things at VSC because it looks like they handle more cases than the rest. I know only VSC center handles victims of domestic violence special application.
