Once we finally get interview date in Bogota after finished at NVC, how many days prior to the interview is needed to complete the medical exams? Is it something that can all be done the day before? Or it requires time for lab results or something

My wife does not live anywhere near Bogota and will need to travel there and stay in hotel.

I would schedule the lab visit and the medical exam two days before her interview instead of the day before. If there are any problems with her lab results or medical exam she can return the next day to straighten it out. If your wife's interview is on a Wednesday you should have her arrive on Sunday night so she can go to the lab and the doctor on Monday morning.

June 4, 2012 - Kelly and I had our first chats on Skype and Windows Live Messenger.

July 10 - 25, 2012 - We met in person and spent time together during my trip to Barranquilla, Colombia. At the end of the trip we decided to apply for the fiancee visa.

August 1, 2012 - I-129F, Petition for Alien Fiancee sent via Fed Ex.

August 3, 2012 - Petition received at the USCIS Lock box in Lewisville, Texas.

August 7, 2012 - Received NOA 1 email and text message. Received the official NOA 1 letter in the mail a few days later. The petition was forwarded to the infamous Vermont Service Center.

March 6, 2012 - Received email from USCIS stating that our visa petition was approved and the NOA 2 letter was sent on March 5th.

Like Kevin y Kelly said, try to get them done at least two days before the interview in case there's an issue, that way you will have that extra day to take care of things. Also, try to get the lab work done really early in the morning and schedule her medical in the afternoon so the lab has time to deliver the results to the doctor's office before her appointment.
