K1 Case Transfered from CSC to VSC

I am a Sept 4th filer. I got notice on May 14th that my K1 application had been transfered to a USCIS office. I was supposed to recieve a letter. As of today no letter has been recieved. I contacted my Congressman last week. His office informed me yesterday that my case had been transfered to VSC. I live just an hours drive from CSC. What kind of games are they now playing at the Service Centers with late applications. In another thread, VSC is transfering late applications to another service center. And CSC is transfering late applications to VSC??? What is going on?

I am also sept (12) filer that has been forgotten, I have not recieved any notice of tranfer of my file. I have info pass apointment 5/31. I will post anything I learn from this apoinment. Good luck I know what if feels like to be forgotten while january and now febuary are allready having consulate intervies and visas granted. I am very angry ay USCIS for letting DACA applicants take presidence over those who try to immigrate lawfully

On may 24 VSC transfered most of DEC and JAN filers to Texas service center. You may want to contact your congressman and senators. Call USCIS and ask for tier 2.

Please let us know how the info pass appointment went. I am very interested. I am so frustrated at this point. On Junet 4 it will have been 9 months since i filed my K1 visa application.
