Hello VJ! I need help! I'm so scared.
The story begins here

On 2007/2008 i made my first trip to ecuador, i was 21 years old i stay there for a month

Then i went back for a few days and then again and then again and then for 5 months. Then on 2009 after a year i went back and stayed for 5 months then for another 5 months then i over stayed for more than 6 months almost 7 and i payed for it then i went back for 5 months.

The thing is that they are asking me for POLICE RECORDS of this... and how can i obtain those if i was only with a tourist visa???? I make a researsh for that on the Ecuador Government page and there's an option for that but only for Ecuadorians or people tha have had a work visa or for studying.

I talk with the Consul and told me he can make a letter stating that i don't have any police records and sign it.

Also they told me that the US EMBASSY wil ask me how did i survive there? they are on the look for "prostitution" and i haven't done that but it is fishy in how i maintin myself there and the simple answer is that i received an allowance always and safe a lot of money for them and also receive money from my mom and grandparents and there's nothing that certified that. I lived in friends houses and i didn't pay for rent or food!! WHAT SHOULD I DO!!! i was just young and having some fun far from home!!!! cray5ol.gif

If you were on a tourist visa, you did not reside in the country.... why are they asking you for a police report?
