Does NVC inform the petitioner/beneficiary once they have received and reviewed all AOS and PACK IV documents?

Yes. Both will receive a case Complete email. usually arrives about 5 to 7 days after Case Complete.

Than you will get the Interview letter (P4) when they assign your interview date.

Case Complete to Interview spreadsheet

From now on your VJ Member name will be verified. If the name you put on form to be added to spreadsheet comes up not found, you will not be added to the spreadsheet. If you don't have a timeline you will not be added to the spreadsheet.

Great! I actually wanted to know if they send out any email confirming they have receievd our packs? You are always very helpful. Thanks a lot :).

No. The only way you can know if they've received them is by tracking them in the mail after sending them off. Many times the workers at NVC don't realize the packages are in the building until they start processing them, which could be a week or more after they actually arrive, so calling to ask would be almost pointless.

USC who lived in Manabí, Ecuador with hubby from 2009 - 2013. Hubby became a naturalized American citizen in August 2016. Currently living together in northern Virginia.

Aoun have you sent the new i-864 version or the old version?

Hi Rawas,

I hope you are doing well. I sent the older version.You have until June 22, 2013. Starting June 23, 2013 you must use new form.
