child and ds 230

my question is if child is listed on i-129f and 325 bio and child will be following parent in a few months, does child have to have a seperate ds-230 , 156k ,156 filled out for them ,for parents interview? and when parent sends back packet 3 to embassy , should those forms for child be sent back to embassy,also?

From what I understand, it is one form with children also listed on the same form.
