We applied for I-129F a while ago, and now my fiance got a packet of instructions before the interview will be scheduled.

I am attaching a PDF here so you can see clearly what I am asking about, title: VISA INSTRUCTIONS FOR FIANCE NONIMMIGRANT VISA APPLICATION:

The PDF is the instructions they sent to my fiance before an interview is scheduled. I have a simple question that may be obvious to you.
What exactly do I send?
I will ONLY send the following:
1) FORM DS-230 PART 1- with signature
2) STATEMENT -with signature (this is the "STATEMENT" page 3 on the PDF attached to this post)
3) Copy of PASSPORT -1st biographic page only
Is this correct? Am I missing anything? What about the checklist they say to send?
What about DS-230 part 2? Why don't I need that? the form DS-230 part one states that "This part, together with form DS-230 part 2, constitutes the complete application for immigrant visa and alien registration."
They say: "Then, mail to us ONLY this checklist along with completed and SIGNED "Application STATEMENT." Do not send the original/copy of documents to us at this time- you will bring them on the day of your interview, along with photocopies."
Do I have to actually send pages 1 and 2 on the attached PDF and put checkmarks next to each item?

Part II of the ds-230 is not required for the K-1. You should follow the instructions exactly as they say. The other fos like 156...... Are needed the day of the interview and should be carried to the embassy by hand. It seems the instructions are very clear as to what they want you to do. What country is your fiancé in?
