Hey there, my fiance is in the air force and someone on another section mentioned we may be able to expedite.my fiance is active duty in USA.I was under the impression that we could only expedite if he was about to be deployed which he isn't.so I'm not sure if we would would be able to or we just have to wait patiently

Hello there lola! Just try to expedite :) my fiance filled our petition last december and also expedited our case. He is moving in August/September in Guam and thought to give it a try... However, we are still waiting and its been almost 5mos. I think it wouldnt harm if you try it :)

Active duty military going on deployment to a combat zone is what gets you an expedite.

Expedited cases are approved in 5-10 days after the expedite request. It sounds like your request was denied.
