Just to update. I contacted my congressman's office of June 7, 2013 and they were informed that our AOS petition was being adjudicated. Guess what, today is June 28th, 10 months and 1 day past our priority date and still in "Acceptance" mode on the USCIS Case Status site. It had better get here before the one year mark. So any other August filers with wives from the Philippines and AOS petition at Lee Summitt, MO., let me know your status. Also my wife's physical has now expired as of May 24, 2013. I hope they don't tell me she needs another physical. I feel that if the petition was accepted for AOS prioer to it expiring, then the clock on the physical should stop. No RFE's yet. USCIS needs to pick up the pace this is starting to get ridiculous now. If we would have interviewed 4 months ago, she would have already had her green card months ago. One last question, when does the two year start for removal of conditions? Once the green card is issued or from the AOS Priority date.

Hi! Im july 2012 filer from k1 visa(with noa1 on August 3). My case stayed in Summit lee during 9 month without any change or touch. I was finally approved WITHOUT interview needed it on april 20, 2013 (9 month and 1 day). So if the processing time says that they are currently processing August 2, by june or july you should be approve without interview also. Involving your congressman I think is useless at this point.

Hi is there any one who has been approved less than nine months with the same service center.

Hang in there. I'm August filer and just got approved today. 10 months and 1 week

Well we are hanging in there. August 27, 2013 will be one year and still nothing form USCIS. I initiated a follow-up with my Congressman's office so they can do their own follow-up with their local contact at the Indianapolis Local Field Office. Trying to be very patient, but this is BS and extremely frustrating. My wife could have our baby anytime form August 22 to September 10th. I don't want them to try to schedule an appointment if she is in the hospital with the birth of our baby. Since it was in the interview waiver stack at NBC before it was transferred, I am assuming we still won't have an interview, however we are prepared with even more additional supporting documentation.
