Hi to ALL ,

I went to USCIS web site to check AOS status of my wife and this is what they have under her AOS case status :

"

Receipt Number: MSCxxxxxxxxxxx

Application Type: I485, APPLICATION TO REGISTER PERMANENT RESIDENCE OR TO ADJUST STATUS

Current Status: Card production ordered.

On November 21, 2006, we ordered production of your new card. Please allow 30 days for your card to be mailed to you. If we need something from you we will contact you. If you move before you receive the card, call customer service. You can also receive automatic e-mail updates as we process your case. Just follow the link below to register. "

Now I am not sure if this is approval notice or something else.It looks like approval but I am not sure that is why I am asking you .

12/09/05= I mailed I-129F by USPS ,registred mail

12/12/05= I129F received by USCIS /Vermont SC

12/15/05= I received NOA1 by snail mail

02/10/06= Petition Touched ,finally something from USCIS

02/10/06= @ 5:00 PM ,just received e-mail from USCIS finally APPROVED ,

02/17/06= Received snail mail from VSC my petition approved

02/17/06= NVC Received

02/17/06= NVC Left

02/20/06= Consulate Received

03/06/06= US Embassy told her she can come 3/7/2006 for interview

03/07/06= Interview Date : VISA GRANTED & Will pick up VISA today

03/15/06= US Entry

05/11/06= Wedding

AOS/EAD

09/01/06= AOS/EAD mailed in to Chicago

09/05/06= USPS confirms delivery

09/12/06= NOA1 AOS & EAD arrives in mail

09/18/06= Received Biometrics appoint. letter

09/22/06= Biometrics appoint.

09/29/06= Received RFE in the mail..(BC not translated,even we had international (with English Vers.) BC

10/19/06= Email form USCIS: RFE Response received

11/01/06= Email form USCIS: Case transferred to California SC !!!

11/10/06= Touched

11/21/06= Email from USCIS , AOS Approved

Yes it looks like they are sending you the conditional green card. Now no worries until 90 days before it expires and you file to remove the conditions.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.

I´ve read exactly the same letter under my 11 years old daughter´s Application for Employment Authorization. Under AOS they mention just the day she applied that´s it. I´m confused, but I´ll wait until I get that card to see what it is.

07/26/2006 Got NOAs in the mail

08/09/2006 Biometrics taken, Santa Rosa, CA (my daughter and I)

10/17/2006 Interview in Sacramento, CA just me APPROVED!!!

10/27/2006 GOT MY GREEN CARD

11/30/2006 Got my daughter's EAD

12/07/2006 Got my daughter's SS Card

01/25/2007 My daughter's Interview in Sacramento, CA APPROVED!!!

02/10/2007 Today is my daughter's birthday and today SHE GOT HER GREEN CARD

REMOVING CONDITIONS (I-751)

07/15/2008 I-751 sent (daughter included as dependent child)

07/21/2008 I-751 received (Laguna Niguel-California Center)

07/23/2008 Only one check cashed ($545)

07/26/2008 I 797-NOA Extension Letter received (only for me)

07/28/2008 Check $80 (daughter's) returned

08/04/2008 Infopass!

08/14/2008 Biometrics appointment 8:00 am (just me)

10/16/2008 2pm Interview in Sacramento. APPROVED!

11/06/2008 GOT MY GREENCARD, Expires 10/30/2018

10/23/2008 I-751 sent for daughter, check for $545 included

10/27/2008 I-751 received (Laguna Niguel-California Center)

10/30/2008 check cashed

11/06/2008 My daughter got her I-797-NOA Letter of Extension

08/01/2009 My daughter got her GREENCARD, 10 years

As ussual you guys are right. Last night my wife received e-mail from USCIS and her AOS is approved. Again thank you very much and I wish you all fast approvals.
