GA-325A Bio

Both my fiance and I filled in a GA-325A Bio sheet. My question is, as the American petitioner, do I put her name on the bottom of my GA-325A where it says applicant name? Also if she does not have an alien registration number can I leave that blank?

No my man. On the G-325A, the person signing it is the applicant. Write your name on yours, and your fiancee's name on hers.

Don't write your fiancee's name on both. You'll be RFEd. And if neither has an alien number then write "none".

Your fiancee completes one G325A form in quadruplicate, and you, the petitioner, complete one G325A in quadruplicate. Your fiancee signs her set and you sign your set.
