You can abbreviate addresses as much as possible on the G-325A, and even hand write things neatly to make them fit. If you still need extra space, then simply put "SEE ATTACHMENT" and include the attachment sheet behind the form.

Put the name of the form, question # and question at the top of the extra sheet and then put your answer.
