Call to make sure the USCIS received the papers, and wait until they are processed. If they need anything more from you, they will let you know. If you are sure that you complied with their NOID request, then you should be OK.

I believe they tell you it can take up to 60 days. It is time to be patient again :)

Just make sure your fiance does as speedwell suggested and have her verify the USCIS received the papers and are in their system. It is important they have them on time. Although in previous posts you said you hired a lawyer, they could verify as well.

what now ???

You have a choice, i see two paths:

1. call into USCIS, get an ISO, ask them what date the casefile hit the local office, then ask which local office it went to (in that order). Then set up an infopass with the local office, tell the human behind the glass the docs the NOID is listing, are actually in the casefile, and that you want to talk with the I-130 Adjudication Unit Supervisor human about it

or

2. submit exactly what was asked for, to the address in the NOID.

I had a NOID, and did 2 submittals via hand off to my local office. I knew where the casefile was (local office versus a National Service Center) so IMO, it's really important to know exactly where the casefile is. Usually if it's a NOID, this season, that NOID has come from a local office, and the NOID will reference the address to the local office.

And has your wife called and verified they have the papers yet? This would be a good step now if she has not. :)
