My fiancé hasn't had one job at a time will that be a problem when I go for the interview?

If this is the person in Ghana- (unclear from OP).

My fiance had just completed his University of Ghana degree and did not have a single job. We had no issues.

If this is the person in the USA then they will need a co sponsor with all supporting documents for each person even the petitioner (even with no work history). They will want strong evidence if the person has never worked on how the immigrant (and petitioner) are going to be supported,

Is the person with "not one job" the US citizen petitioner or the beneficiary?

if beneficiary, it does not matter. If petitioner, do you mean he has more than one job, or he never had a job? If the first, that is fine as long as he makes enough money combined. If the second, that may be an issue but should be ok with well qualified co-sponsor.

No- previous travel can help with a tourist visa but doesn't matter for a fiance visa.
