Hello!

Im new here im 24yrs old US CITIZEN and leave here since i was 5yrs old...

I got married last december 12,2012...i filed the i-130 may 10,2013 us embassy manila philippines...i only gave them pics from the day i met my wife until our wedding as evidence and marriage certificate also...i will also send them a statement of our bank account(joint acct),government docs(sss and philhealth),and affidavits sworn by her mother and auntie...is that enough?

i also have another question about the sponsor...right know i dont have a job...im planning to put my brother as the sponsor of my wife he is in Chicago...is that ok?

One more question, if ever my brother can be the sponsor of my wife is it ok to sponsor 1 or more?because my brother already sponsored the wife and child of my other brother. Which will leave this june 1,2013...

(my two brothers are in chicago)

Thanks in advance for helping!

In order for your brother to qualify to be your wife's joint sponsor (because you will be the main sponsor, regardless of whether you have a job or not), he's going to need to make a significant amount of money, since he's already sponsored other people before and they now form part of his "household".

Here are the poverty guidelines so you can make sure he qualifies: http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/menuitem.5af9bb95919f35e66f614176543f6d1a/?vgnextoid=73c63591ec04d010VgnVCM10000048f3d6a1RCRD&vgnextchannel=db029c7755cb9010VgnVCM10000045f3d6a1RCRD

Yeah, they look good. People have been approved with a lot less. Just remember that Manila is a very busy embassy, so if you can get any extra evidence to send during the NVC stage (after NOA2), it definitely couldn't hurt.

Hey, I just filed my CR1 DCF for my husband... and I can tell you... the DCF manila is moving pretty fast.

I petitioned on April 24 and got approved on May 2

DCF is always WAAAAAY faster than filing normally through a lockbox, which is why it has different requirements and not everyone can do it.
