I'm confused!!!! I checked my case status today and saw this .... But I didn't even change my name? What is this :( I'm confused && scared :(

Ur 130 didn't get approved yet right? Then what's the interview for?

That's exactly what I am saying I am in usa i130 didn't approve yet but immigration officer said they may or may not set the interview with me first which is very unusual!

It happens from time to time for USCIS to schedule an interview prior to the approval of I-130.

I've seen it couple of times here in VJ, but I have no idea about the way it went or what happened later about it.

Anyway, I wish good luck and hope you'll get your approval soon inchaa Allah
