OMG HELP

So .. i've been reading that a lot of people have received an RFE and i start reviewing my forms ... and i found this bunch of mistakes ... the funny thing is that a lawyer fill them .....

- In G-28 instead of putting my city (that is Lima) they put the area/district where i live that is SURCO (they put the country ok)

- In G-325 on my City and Country of birth they put: Miraflores / Perú. (Miraflores is the area/district). The same happens with my father and mother's residence, in city they put Surco that it's the area/district instead of Lima (they put the country ok)
Then, i don't know if that's a problem but on the list of jobs i have had in the last one that i worked in an internship as a Production Assistant in Guayaquil, Ecuador, they put it was in Lima, Perú.

- On the I-129F on PART C ..... should they have marked the answer NO? ... the N/A matter? (i'm attaching the i-129f part C)

With all of this asdjkashdjkas mistakes ... that means that i should wait for an RFE? or should i calm down?

I have no idea about the city/region/country issues, so I'll only chime in on #3. I think you were supposed to mark NO in #2 on that form, yes. There are members here who have gotten an RFE for not checking anything. However, I think there are also members who have been approved without it, so it may depend on how picky the officer reviewing your file is.

The decision is yours whether to try and send a revised form or simply wait for an RFE. I don't know what I'd advise: the RFE wait could add some time but will not cause any problems, whereas sending a revised form could (and for some members, has already) lead to confusion at USCIS that would take a lot of sorting out. If you like taking chances, send a revised form. If you want security but a little longer wait, wait for the RFE.

Yet another example of a lawyer-caused problem. So happy for VisaJourney and glad I didn't even think about getting a lawyer!

I know! i didn't make much of a research here and it really seems to be BETTER than a bunch of lawyers, in fact it is MUCH better.

I would say no stress either way. The worse that will happen is an RFE, and if you are ready to correct it as soon as it arrives you just send it back out overnight and the delay is minimal. It is not like an RFE for things you do not have.

When I returned what they asked for in our RFE it was approved less than a week later. Not saying they all go that way, but not a huge delay anyway.

Your other option is trying to fix it now, but as mentioned you run a risk of confusing them. Not worth it in my opinion.

Yes try not to worry about it too much but make preperations for if you are required to send any corrected documents in! So reprint forms and write in the correct information, if your prepared for the worst case scenario then your in a good position for any future occurances

I have received some negative feedback from this suggestion in other posts, but this is the way USCIS directed me to correct my errors and it worked for me.

Write a letter explaining the errors and the corrections. Include your case number. Send it to CSC attn: I-129f unit.
