Field Office, Service Center or National Benefits Center?

I want to view the processing times on the uscis.gov website but how do I know if my package will go to a field office, service center or national benefits center and which one? When I did my VJ timeline just now it automatically put me in the Texas Service Center but how does it know that's where my petition will go? Thanks

if you automatically got put in the texas service center, then somethings amiss.

if this is yer NOA-1 date- 2013-02-13

please recheck yer NOA-1 letter - if the first 3 letters start with 'MSC' then you should pick 'National Benefits Center' as your service center, and NOT TSC.

The number does start with MSC but there is no processing time for I-130 under the NBC processing times.... when I go to check it gives me either Texas or Vermont as an option
